Jeremy and Anna’s engagement session was full of love, beauty and a fair share of goofiness (see the blog post). There wedding was no different. The Lairmont Manor in Bellingham, WA was the perfect setting for celebrating love, friendship and fun. I’ve become close friends with these two in recent years and it was honor to capture their special day for him. I wish them many years of love and happiness.
Hollis and Grayson were getting married on her family’s ranch in the green rolling hills of the Willamette Valley in Oregon. You’d be hard pressed to find a more picturesque location and yet on the morning of the big day it was raining. The beautiful thing is that neither Hollis nor Grayson seemed to be too bothered by it. All they seemed to care about was that it was their day and they would be surrounded by all the people they loved. We got a little wet and muddy taking portraits but we had fun. The miraculous thing is that it stopped raining and the sun broke through the clouds about 15 minutes before the ceremony started. Hollis’ dress was ringed with mud but instead of looking dirty it looked as if she’d had her dress professionally dyed ombre! The rest of the evening was magical and beautiful and so full of love. I wish every wedding could be like that. Congrats to a beautiful couple!
Jon and Sara are AWESOME! I met this amazing couple five years ago through a dear friend and I was thrilled when they asked me to shoot their wedding. It was beyond a pleasure. It’s easy to shoot couples who are so happy and in love and who have so much fun being with each other. Jon and Sara were so natural with each other that I barely had to do anything. The thing I love about this couple is that not only do they radiate love between each other but they radiate love at everyone they meet and you could feel that love reflected back at them by their guests. This was such a fun and truly special event. Congrats!
